Record Label

I need to decide on the record im going to use for the advert. It has to fit in with the genre of music im doing, so im going to look as magazines like Pop and Heat as these are the sort of magazines you would see my band in and usually shows the chart show playlist which connects to the style of my music video as you would find my video in the top 40 chart show TV programme where they'll let you know the highest moving song through the week. This is shown every week as it changes all the time and lets the public keep up to date with the newest songs and is judge on how many single songs are bought each day. The label record I have seen a lot of that is found in magazines and on TV is 'syco' which is Simon Cowes music company that has taken people who he thinks have talent from Xfactor and other TV shows he has had that he wants to make big as he believe they have the partential. I have chosen this label because the song I have picked is from 'Little Mix' which won the Xfactor so I thought it would link well with the band im doing as they have the same history background as the little mix girls and would fit in well with the type of people Simon works with. I have also chosen it because its a well know label and is also up to date which is found a lot on TV and in magazines. This is the record label I will be showing on my advert:
